Welcome to Contract Pilots Association. By accessing or using our Thinkific-hosted platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Account Registration and Membership: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Membership benefits, if applicable, are outlined at the time of enrollment.
Course Access and License: Upon purchase or enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share course materials without our written consent.
Payment and Refunds: All prices are listed on the platform at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Thinkific's payment system. For subscription-based memberships, you may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period. For one-time course purchases, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
Intellectual Property: All content, including videos, text, graphics, and course materials, is the property of Contract Pilots Association and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Community Guidelines: Members participating in community features agree to communicate respectfully and professionally, refrain from sharing misleading, defamatory, or harmful content, not solicit other members for commercial purposes without approval, and not share confidential community content outside the platform.
Aviation Disclaimer: Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Our resources do not replace FAA-required training, certifications, or flight hours. Members are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable aviation regulations. Contract Pilots Association is not liable for any professional or operational decisions made based on content accessed through our platform.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to share your account or course access with others, copy, distribute, or reproduce course content, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding employment, contracts, or career outcomes.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contract Pilots Association shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or membership at our discretion if you violate these Terms or Community Guidelines.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
